	Revision: 1985 Changes The remove object comparator is fairly complicated but is necessary for ordering removes when we actually process the removes. We need to remove objects in a set pattern for some cases to prevent dependency exceptions. To improve performance and reduce complexity the sorting of the remove list will be done only at the time of the removal when the sorting is needed. The rest of the time a regular hash map will be used. (detail)
